    2 On a my python2.7.3 install (32 bits), a today's checkout of django's master doesn't pass all tests - three i18n tests fails due to UnicodeDecodeError.

    44I'm aware it might be due to locales (https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/internals/contributing/writing-code/unit-tests/#many-test-failures-with-unicodeencodeerror), but windows doesn't have such packages that I'm aware of.
