    1 Per #22567, !FileSystemStorage returns naive datetimes (in the system TZ, although if you set USE_TZ and TIME_ZONE in Django settings then this will change the system TZ). This should be documented so that others can interoperate (particularly important for staticfiles/collectstatic).
