Description
Hi guys,
Every time I've tried to open a ticket requesting an update to our DjangoFriendlyWebHosts link TRAC rejects it as spam. How can I get the changes in there? Our business has changed names and the pricing listed is no longer accurate. I can't seem to edit the wiki page myself or I'd update it. I'd put the requested changes in here but I'm fairly sure I'd just get rejected as spam again. :(
Thanks,
James Riley

It seems no matter what I do I get rejected as spam. I've recovered my account, I've tried sending a hastebin link. No matter what, TRAC says 98% sure it's spam and refuses my update. Any idea what I can do here? Even this update was called spam with a 75% chance. Something's seriously wrong with your spam filter. :(
Cheers,
James

Trying again to see if I can get past the spam filter due to being logged in.
- The business name has changed from betaForce to vNucleus - you can verify this with the link that's already in place on the page.
- Can you update the description to read "Serious managed hosting by a team of sysadmins, programmers, and all-around geeks who love Django. Mention code DJANGORULES for 10% off for life! We'll happily help you set up your Django environment or just about anything else."
- Can you update the price bit to read "Starts at $25/mo for 1024MB"
Thank you so much!
Edit: Welp, it worked this time! Didn't get flagged. So weird!
Cheers,
James
Can you try commenting on this ticket with the details? Also if you register for an account I think you're less likely be flagged as spam.
