The last example at the bottom, showing the urls.py:

should not contain mysite. The correct would be:

(r'^(?P<poll_id>\d+)/$', 'detail'),
(r'^(?P<poll_id>\d+)/results/$', 'results'),
(r'^(?P<poll_id>\d+)/vote/$', 'vote'),

as for decoupling.
