Polish ​Central Statistical Office (​Główny Urząd Statystyczny) ​has published the XML file with all necessary data needed to generate pl_regions.py: ​TERC.xml.

​terc.py exctracts interesting data:

$ python terc.py <TERC.xml >pl_regions.py
