Thanks for the patch oyvind.

I think this works reasonably well, but perhaps a better solution would allow the absolute zoom level or the 'zoom out' levels to be configured within the Admin options, rather than hard coding?

(In [10635]) Fixed #9299 -- Made default zoom level for points in the admin more sensible. Thanks to oyvind for ticket and initial patch.
