Description

to reproduce the bug just go to the /admin/auth/group/add/ url.

with trunk:

<div class="form-row name">
    <label class="required" for="id_name">Name:</label>
    <input type="text" class="vTextField required" maxlength="80" name="name" id="id_name"/>
</div>

with newforms-admin:

<div class="form-row name">
    <label class="required" for="id_name">Name:</label>
    <input type="text" maxlength="80" name="name" id="id_name"/>
</div>
