0.96 Release notes conflict with Downloads page recommendation to use SVN

Description

The 0.96 Release notes recommend that developers stick with 0.96 release until the next official release comes out due to an unusual amount of non-backwards compatible changes coming up before the next release. The Downloads page continues to state that checking out the SVN trunk is the recommended method.
