USZipCodeField and USPhoneNumberField not translated into Spanish

Description
The form fields USZipCodeField and USPhoneNumberField in localflavor do not have the validation error messages translated into Spanish. Considering the US does have according to WIkipedia 10% of the population with Spanish as the main language, it seems worthwhile to provide translations.
There might be more cases than these two fields, but they are the ones I am currently working with.
