Move custom format documentation from now tag to date filter

Description
I humbly suggest moving the documentation of the custom format for the date filter from the now tag to the date filter in the reference documentation.
I think I've only ever used the now tag once (for years I thought it was completely useless :), whereas the date filter is always useful when dealing with dates. Thus it's a little bit annoying that the documentation has the custom format explanation that concerns both with now instead of with date. I suspect others have the same problem.

The documentation for
datedoes provide a link to the formatting documentation innow... it's just not very obvious. Maybe rather than moving the whole section that link could just be made to stand out a bit more?
