Description

The file-based cache tests contain an extra '/' that is prepended to the directory name, causing failures on Windows.

(In [10071]) Fixed #10517 -- Corrected cache name for file-based cache tests so that the filename can be valid under Windows. Thanks to Bob Thomas for the report and fix.
