You've opened a ticket in our Trac installation asking for help with an issue you are experiencing while using  Django that could be more correctly described as an user support issue.

Some examples can be: You are finding a problem with a third party application or Python library, you need help designing or implementing some feature in your site or application, etc.

Unfortunately this Trac instance isn't the right channel for these kind of reports because it is exclusively devoted to serve the development of Django itself.
