9723	r9527 (compressed fixtures) breaks loaddata for some Pythons	Adam Gomaa	nobody	The `bz2` stdlib module is optional, and not compiled in all Pythons. r9527 breaks loaddata for those Pythons by having a top-level import for the module. Patch against trunk attached to fix the issue.
