9540	My write permissions do Django SVN are gone	Jarek Zgoda	nobody	Before 1.0 release I had a RW access to `<root>/django/conf/locale` subtree in trunk, but now I'm getting authentication failures when trying to commit translation updates. I did not notice such policy change (nor any announcement on django-developers) so I assume this has been somewhat lost during release hot hours.
