6327	Add has_module_permission to ModelAdmin	chrj	Maxime Turcotte	"I think it's a bit odd that `ModelAdmin` has permission hooks for add, change and delete but not for the module. Is there a special reasoning behind this? I can't come up with a use case.

This patch will fix that.
