I am regularly referring to documentation on the djangoproject website for hints to solve problems I encounter with my pet projects.  Unfortunately, it is not obvious if and what changes have been made between visits.  I think a modification date would be a nice and simple feature to have, as it would indicate that something new exists warranting a reread of the page for updates.
