36346	Threaded option not supported by oracle python driver.	Suraj Shaw	Rand01ph	"Support for threaded option has been desupported from python-oracledb 2.0 and higher. Now threading is always used. Also the minimum version of python-oracledb supported by django is 2.3.0.  So setting the threaded option of Oracle database configuration raises ''connect() got an unexpected keyword argument 'threaded''.
