I just modified my system to use Python 2.3 and Subversion. When I try to access your site using the Tortoise SVN tool, I point it to: http://code.djangoproject.com/svn/django/trunk/django_src but then I get a login prompt that I can't get around. Any suggestions? It's 2:00AM already. I guess I can go to bed and wait for an e-mail telling me how to get Django. It looks like a good tool.
