20265	django-admin.py: command not found	anonymous	nobody	"Run into this issue lately on windows 7
instead of modyfying system PATH variable solved through simply typing
C:\Python33\Scripts\django-admin.py startproject <projectname>
took me a while to figure that out
maybe consider adding it this to troubleshooting section =)
