18788	Unable to create ticket when not logged in	Foxpaw	nobody	I tried to create a ticket to report a documentation error in the tutorial.  I didn't have an account here so I wasn't logged in.  When I tried to submit the ticket it told me that it thought my ticket was spam (thanks to a high SpamBayes score) and that I should fill in a captcha to prove I wasn't a spammer.
