16431	Redirects ignore query strings should be made optional.	cnobile	nobody	"Here at Scripps Publications we often get complaints from our sites that redirects do not pass the query string on to the redirected URI. I have looked at this code and except for ROM changes this code has remained the same since the 0.90 days. It seems that the Redirect model could have a Yes/No button to either tack on the query string or not. This would be a DB change and a code change, but not very difficult from my investigations.

I don't have a patch, but could probably work one up if you feel it is necessary.
