I have *no* views or models declared, and literally just did a ""startproject"" and then a ""python ./manage.py runserver"".    Visiting http://localhost:8000/ via a regular browser window works just fine.  Visiting from a Chrome Incognito Window causes an extremely long delay before the ""It worked!"" page is returned.
