13779	GeoDjango doesn't find libgdal 1.7.0	Leo Shklovskii	jbronn	"GeoDjango currently only searches for libgdal up to 1.6.0. Lucid + UbuntuGIS unstable actually installs gdal 1.7.0 and GeoDjango can't find it without setting the GDAL_LIBRARY_PATH.
