According to the [http://lericson.blogg.se/code/2008/november/pylibmc-051.html site], it is faster than cmemcache.

The API is pretty much python-memcached, so I added the fallback: pylibmc -> cmemcache -> memcache.

The patch contains more about eternal caching.
