There is CommentWithTitle that inherits from BaseCommentAbstractModel, but the CommentFormWithTitle inherits from CommentForm.

CommentWithTitle should inherit from Comment, or there should be some sort of BaseCommentAbstractForm.

I've attached the second solution.
