I can't see comments on the DjangoBook -  I've tried with Firefox 2 and Firefox 3 on Ubuntu 8.0.4 as well as IE7, Firefox 3 and Opera on Windows XP.  Both my Linux and XP systems are relatively fresh installs (< 2 weeks ago).  I checked that Javascript is on (enabled all the various JS capabilities in Firefox).  Other Javascript-dependent sites work just fine for me.  I tried clearing all private data (cache, cookies, authorization, etc) in Firefox.  

I asked others on IRC about this.  Some experienced the problem, others did not.
