5248	Add mail_options to SMTPConnection	mmcclain@…	nobody	This patch makes it easier to set the mail_options when sending email using the SMTPConnection class.  The patch adds support for setting this value on a class instance level and a global level.  For example, passing ['XVERP'] to postfix activates variable envelope return path (VERP) delivery.
