4181	Links to specific settings in email.txt not quite right	Karen Tracey <kmtracey@…>	Jacob	The links I added to various email settings for #4163 don't quite work -- they link to the settings page but don't zero in to the specific setting.  Looks like underscores need to be dashes and the all-uppercase should be switched to all-lowercase.
