There is in the documentation:[[BR]]
 * For version 1.0: 252 'versionadded' and 50 'versionchanged'.
 * For version 1.1: 142 'versionadded' and 26 'versionchanged'.

Version 1.0 tags can certainly go - but not sure about tags for 1.1?
